Havoc City Elite Women's Basketball Program, located in District Heights, MD, was formed under the leadership of Coach James “Boogie” Washington and wife Tiffany Washington. Havoc City is a non-profit organization and a member of the Potomac Valley AAU District. Havoc City serves players throughout Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia and is geared toward the development of young ladies. Our program is designed to provide skill development, build knowledge and understanding of the game, teach the discipline of hard work, aggressive basketball, and respect for the game. We strive to develop self confidence, sportsmanship, friendship, and teamwork that will assist the players in life.

Havoc City organization has been fortunate to have very qualified and committed coaches, with a host of experience. They stress fundamentals and focus on player development to prepare them for the next level (high school and college).

Havoc City aims to field highly competitive Division 1 teams that compete against the best teams regionally and nationally. Our top high school Division 1 team is designed to showcase players in front of college coaches through strong exposure tournament schedules, while continuing to develop players’ abilities so that they can make an impact on the college level.

Havoc City competes in competitive basketball year round. We find that this has been very successful for the girl’s development. We are developing the BEST student athletes and they work hard on and off the court. Intense work out sessions, practices and individual workouts are available.
MISSION OF HAVOC CITY
The Havoc City Basketball Organization is committed to assisting youth in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Our mission is to develop the best student athletes in the Washington DC metropolitan area. We are preparing athletes to compete at competitive levels and provide them with a roadmap to college. We instill family values, and are committed to teaching basketball fundamentals, knowledge of the game, skill development, sportsmanship, character, teamwork and maintaining healthy lifestyles. We motivate, empower, and educate each athlete. Each athlete will learn mental, physical, and emotional toughness and develop a love for the game.
