EARLY FOOTBALL & CHEER REGISTRATION IS HERE!!!!
DATES: March 31, April 14, April 28, & May 5
TIME: 6pm – 8pm each Day

WE HAVE FOOTBALL FOR AGES 4 (WITH A WAIVER) TO AGE 12 AND CHEERLEADERS FROM AGE 4 -13
AGES FEE (NO REFUNDS)
CHEER 4 – 13 $125
FLAG 4 – 6 $75
FRESHMAN 7 – 8 $125
SHOPOMORE 9 – 10 $125
JUNIOR 11 – 12 $125
PAYMENT PLAN AVALIBLE.
PLEASE BRING TO REGISTRATION A COPY OF YOUR CHILDS BIRTH CERTIFICATE,
A RECENT PHOTO, A COPY OF YOUR CHILDS MOST RECENT PHYSICAL OR WELLNESS CHECK AND THE FEE.
THERE WILL BE A $25 LATE FEE IF NOT PAID ON OR BEFORE JUNE 1. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BY AUGUST 1.
