    The “Play on Purpose” video series equips athletes with mental disciplines, when embraced, replace our culture’s message that self-worth is based on performance and the approval of others. Athletes encounter adversity and challenges which take a mental, emotional, and physical toll on them. Based on this truth we developed a series of messages for athletes to give them a mental edge, which is a way of thinking, and a perspective that helps players overcome the challenges they face.
