COMMISSIONERS PAGE Just click on the title Commissioners Page and it will take you to the NEPL Home page of the Commissioner, on the right hand side of the home page is where you will find 3 forms, just click on the one you would like and fill it out.
1) Team Evaluation – This is for Coaches and Umpires ONLY to fill out. It is there to help us seed teams in the first half and in the proper Division.
2) Umpire Evaluation – This is for Head Coaches ONLY, to evaluate Umpires, if you should have a problem someone from the NEPL will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
3) Late Player Registration – This is for coaches to let us know you have a player that need his or her card stamped and your roster signed.
