  • USA Wrestling Membership Card
    Click the link above to obtain your 2018 - 2019 USA Wrestling Card
    Each wrestler must have their USA card by the first week of practice in order to participate.

  • AAU Membership Cards
    Click the link above to obtain your 2018 - 2019 AAU Wrestling Card
    Some out-of-town tournaments require each wrestler to have an AAU card in order to compete.

  • TN Youth Wrestling (TNAAU)
    This is the main website for the TN-AAU Wrestling Organization. This group holds the official state series for youth wrestling in the state of TN in late February.

  • Tennessee Wrestling Federation
    The state organization for USA Wrestling. Most information on this site will be focused towards the spring / summer freestyle and Greco-Roman season.

  • Wrestling Supplies
    This site sells nearly all types of wrestling supplies from singlets and shoes to headgear and mouthpieces. There are many websites out there offering these items but this is one that our staff has shopped with several times and been pleased with the service.
    *** A note about singlets. You will find that there are many singlets available from many different vendors. Kids often find singlet that they consider cool. However, as a reminder for the majority of events on our schedule, Wave Wrestlers will be required to wear "Wave Wrestling" approved singlets. These singlets must have been approved by the Wave Wrestling Club staff prior to the competition. Please see our "Clothing & Equipment" link in the left-hand menu for further information concerning singlets.

    Soap designed specifically with combat sports in mind. Can be applied before practices / competitions to help ward off skin issues.
