LA Valley College field guidelines:
1. Home team takes 1st base dugout.
2. Please observe posted rules in each dugout.
3. No food.
4. No seeds.
5. No gum.
6. No tobacco products.
7. No smoking.
8. No driving stakes.
9. Metal cleats are OK, however some players have reported that turf shoes are much better as metal may get stuck in the turf.
