From Hwy. 50 West out of Seymour into Brownstown, turn right on Bridge Street and go four blocks to the 4-way stop at Elm. Go one more block and the drive to the gym is on your right. From Hwy.50 East out of Bedford, follow Hwy.50 to the 4-way Stop at intersection of 50 and 250. Turn left and follow Hwy.50 through town, and turn left two blocks past Stop Light onto Bridge Street.
