PARADE SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY
THERE WILL BE A MARS PARADE FOR ALL FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADERS BEFORE THE HOMECOMING GAME ON FRIDAY.
IF YOUR DAUGHTER OR SON WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE, PLEASE HAVE THEM READY TO GO BY 4:45 PM ON FRIDAY, OCT. 10TH. THEY ARE STARTING AT ST. JOHN'S NURSING FACILITY, PARKING LOT IN MARS. SEVERAL DIFFERENT LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS WILL BE THERE TO PARTICIPATE WITH OUR KIDS.
IF YOUR CHILD WOULD LIKE TO PASS OUT CANDY TO THE KIDS ALONG THE STREETS WATCHING THE PARADE, THEY ARE WELCOME TO DO SO.
NIGHT AT THE RACES
OUR ADULT , NIGHT AT THE RACES, IS COMING ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24TH AT THE MARS VFW. THE TICKETS ARE READY TO BE SOLD AND SOME CHEER AND FOOTBALL COACHES WILL BE SELLING THEM. REMEMBER COACHES, WE ARE KEEPING A TALLY OF TICKETS SOLD, SO WE CAN BE PREPARED FOR THE CROWD.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A HORSE TO BE RACING ON THAT EVENING, PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM YOUR CHILD BROUGHT HOME WITH THE HORSE NAME, OWNER'S NAME AND PAYMENT.
FORMS WILL BE COLLECTED FOR THE NEXT 10 DAYS, TO HURRY WITH YOUR HORSES!
YOU CAN GIVE YOUR COMPLETED HORSE FORM TO AUDREY BARRON, TERRI HORAN OR SHERRI GROSSO. IF YOU DON'T KNOW ANY OF THEM, GIVE IT TO YOUR COACH AND HE/SHE WILL HAVE IT TURNED-IN TO THE APPROPRIATE PEOPLE.
THIS FUN-FILLED NIGHT WILL BE ENTERTAINING AND A GREAT WAY TO MEET PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY. THE PRICE OF TICKETS ARE $12 EACH OR $20 PER COUPLE. IF YOU CAN'T BUY YOUR TICKET AHEAD OF TIME, THEY WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR THAT NIGHT. THE DOORS OPEN AT 6PM.
Banquet Information

Our year-end banquet is coming sooner than you think. Your child should have brought home a banquet form from practice. Please fill out the form completely, including with what team each of the persons attending the banquet would like to sit. (If you have two boys, maybe mom will sit with one son and his team and dad the other) It doesn't matter what team you want to sit with, just make sure you let us know that on the bottom of the registration form. IF YOU AS A PARENT ARE NOT ACCOMPANING YOUR CHILD TO THE BANQUET, PLEASE STILL SEND A FORM IN WITH JUST HIS/HER NAME AS ATTENDING, SO OUR COUNT IS ACCURATE. All kids registered in our organization are free.
This year we will give you entrance tickets to make entering the hall a little smoother. If you opt not to have them mailed to your home, your child will receive them at practice.
It is also imperative that all forms be turned in by the last possible registration day. I would hate for your child to miss the banquet because the form never got turned-in.
This year the banquet is on Sunday, November 9th at 6 pm. It will be at the Four Points Sheraton North in Cranberry. So don't show up at the Chadwick, we won't be there. We will have a buffet, DJ with CD giveaways, raffel baskets and silent auction items, and of course trophies for all of the kids.
FYI: There is no school on the 10th or the 11th, so your kids will be well rested from all that dancing before they have to return to school!

ANY PARENT WITH A DIGITAL CAMERA, WE WELCOME YOUR GAME SHOTS. WE NEED PHOTOS OF ALL THE FOOTBALL TEAMS AND CHEERLEADERS, SO BRING YOUR CAMERA TO THE NEXT GAME AND EMAIL ANY PHOTOS YOU WANT TO SHARE TO SHERRIJOE@HOTMAIL.COMENJOY!

ALL PARENTS REPORTING FOR CONCESSION STAND DUTY ARE NEEDED FOR THE ENTIRE GAME THAT YOU ARE SCHEDULED. IF YOU WORK THE ENTIRE GAME, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR CONCESSION DEPOSIT CHECK BACK AT THAT TIME.
PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO YOUR FELLOW PARENTS AND TRY TO REPORT 10 MINUTES BEFORE GAME TIME.
THE ONLY COACHES FOR BOTH FOOTALL AND CHEER THAT DO NOT HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONCESSION SCHEDULE ARE HEAD COACHES ONLY. WE SIMPLY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH PARENTS AS IT IS .
