Scarborough Sharks vs China Qiqihar

On September 20th the Scarborough Sharks Midget ‘AA’ team played an exhibition game against the China Qiqihar R&DT Hockey team.  The game was be part of a 20 game schedule to help prepare the Chinese players for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.  At the end of 60 minutes of hard played hockey, the Sharks came out on top with a 1-0 victory.

Prior to the busy regular season start, the Sharks will hit the road for this year’s university tour to Union College, in Schenectady, New York.  Founded in 1795, Union is located on a beautiful campus, with many historical buildings surrounding the landmark round domed building, Nott Memorial Hall. 

The players and parents will get a tour of the campus, academic programs, and the NCAA Division I, Union Dutchwomen hockey program.
