Meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. on April 19, 2009 at the Kennedy Twp. Fireman’s club.
Pat Reilly of Sto-Rox was nominated and unanimously elected to the position of Vice President for a term of one year.
Entrance Fees for each team entered in the League is $140.00 per team per division. There also is an assessed fee of $50.00 for all new teams entering the league.

Ron Ross would like a deposit for 50% of your home games sent to him with the check made out to Chartiers Valley Umpiring Association.
Umpire Fees this year will be Colt League $42 per game per umpire, Pony League $40 per game per umpire.
Courtesy runner will be allowed for the catcher with 2 outs only.
Pony League Pitchers will be given Balk warning up until May 3rd, beyond this date the balk call will be enforced.
LEAGUE REQUIREMENTS:
All Scores and Pitching Stats must be called into Pat Reilly at 412-498-4949 within 24 Hours of the games conclusion. The winning team calls this information in.
All game Cancellations must also be called in within 24 Hours to Pat by the Home Team.
Rescheduled games must be done within 24 Hours of cancellation and played within 10 days.
Ejection for any reason you must sit out the next game.
Protests must be sent to the rules committee within 24 hours.
Free Substitutions is good for Pony and Colt League.
If you have 11 players at the game you are permitted to bat 10.
Pony League Playoffs will consist of the top 8 teams based on points with the Playoffs starting on June 22nd at the higher seeds fields. Playoff opponents will be adjusted after each round. The Final Series will be best of three.
All Pony League Rosters need to be turned in before the season starts or the team will forfeit.
Colt Season will start May 18th and end July 12th.
Colt Playoffs will consist of the top 6 teams based on points with the top 2 teams receiving byes. Playoff opponents will be adjusted after each round.
