Columbine Softball Booster Fee:

Columbine softball teams are funded through booster fees.  The fee for 2022 will be $250/player.  Please make a check payable to Columbine Softball and note your players name in the memo line.  If you prefer to pay by Venmo you can pay @chs-softball-1 (please put booster fee and your players name in the memo).  Checks for booster fees will be held until after the cookie dough sales are finished.  If your player meets the cookie dough goal (sell 25 boxes), then your booster check will either be returned or shredded (your preference).  If you paid by Venmo your money will be refunded to the same account. Booster Fees cover two training shirts the players keep, banquet fee for players and coaches, coaches gifts, team equipment such as game balls, practice balls, tees, bownets, field maintenance such as fence repairs, sod, clay, batting cage netting, ball machines, special activities for team bonding and jerseys which stay with Columbine Softball.

Volunteering:

We need your help, please!  We have a number of events and activities that occur throughout the season.  We are asking that each family sign up and complete TWO volunteer shifts per player per season, if you want to do more, great!     When you sign up please put your name, phone number and your player's name. Signup Genius Link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0C49ACAC28A02-columbine

We ask that each family provide a check for $200/player to ensure volunteer requirements are met.  Please make a check payable to Columbine Softball and note your players name in the memo line.  This check will NOT be cashed until the end of the season.  We really don’t want to cash any checks, we really just want your help, but if your family is unable to fulfill the volunteer requirements, your check will be cashed at the end of the season.  Families will be notified prior to checks being cashed.  If you have fulfilled your volunteer requirement, your check can either be returned or shredded.  (Venmo option - you can pay @chs-softball-1, please note Volunteer fee and your player's name in the memo, if you meet your Volunteer requirement we will refund the money to the same account).
