2018 POLICY

-ANY deposit made to secure a spot in any of our tournaments is non-refundable, IF, a team cancels it's appearance in said tournament within 90 days of a tournament's start date.

-If a team withdraws from a tournament for any reason prior to registration deadline, but within 90 days of a tournament's start date, entry fees refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.

-If a team withdraws from a tournament for any reason, after the registration deadline, all entry fees are non-refundable.

-Cancelled tournament (not weather-related) by eight15 - 100% refund.

If any portion of an eight15 tournament is cancelled due to the weather and/or facility related issues, the following is our cancellation policy for 2018:

Weather Related Cancellation - 4-Game Guarantee Events

-0 games played - 100% credit towards a future eight15 event.

-1 game started - 50% credit towards a future eight15 event.

-2 games started - 25% credit towards a future eight15 event.

Weather Related Cancellation - 3-Game Round Robin Events

-0 games played - 100% credit towards a future eight15 event.

-1 game started - 50% credit towards a future eight15 event.

"Future Event" can be an event on the 2018 schedule, OR, at any scheduled 2019 event.....NOTE: Programs with multiple teams/levels, may use a credit at a different age level if they deem it appropriate for their organization.

All team coaches/program directors must sign off on their understanding of/agreement to, eight15 policies for a registration to be considered complete.
