This training is done online and should take about 25-30 minutes. At the end of the online course you will need to prints the certificate. You may want to save it as a .pdf (if you have to print another copy). We need printed & signed certificates completed so we can give to the City of Norwalk. If we do not have printed and signed certificates the coach's cannot coach and board members cannot participate.

You can print and sign the attached form and bring to Picture Day. A league representative will be collecting them. We will also have the forms available for you to sign there. You can also give them to your coach at your next practice or game.
