We’ve made changes to the way we will be drafting teams this season. To make teams more even, we’ve decided a new draft rule for Minors and Majors. This is the best way we can come up with to help even out teams.  We know some of you and parents will not be happy with this decision but we believe this is the best decision for the league. We want to create a league where all kids feel they can learn and love the game of baseball and softball. We want to limit the animosity between teams/players/parents and teach life skills that will take these kids into adulthood. **This does not include T-ball through Midget.

MINORS, MAJORS & JR PONY DRAFT RULES

• Head Coach is decided by Director.

• You may choose 3 returning players, includes your child and your assistant coaches child.

• All other players will be divided into piles by grades, and then put upside down.

• You will then look at the grades of the 2 players that you have, and then be able to fill the rest of your roster in a manner that will give the most even ratio of the 2 grades in your division. Example: if you have both players that are 3rd graders you can then choose 2 4th graders from the pile and then 1 from each grade till all players are picked.

• Requests for "ride purposes" are not guaranteed.  Coach requests will not be honored.
