HDBA Houseleague Umpires Online Incident Report

If there has been an incident leading to an ejection Umpires must submit a detailed report.

Both officials should discuss the incident following the game, and file separate reports with as much detail as possible.

To file a report you must visit the HBUA web site at hbua.ca and click on the link on the left for the HouseLeague Incident Report.

Reports should be filed a soon as possible following the incident.
