Over the years, we have aggressively driven fundraising efforts to help avoid or mitigate increases to registration fees as well as to fund capital projects and renovations (e.g., parking lot paving, field rejuvination). Fundraising is critical to the success of the program. Fundraising over any given year includes raffle sales during registration, team sponsorships, concession stand sales net of operating expenses, personalized paver sales and advertising sales. The more successful we as a program are with our annual fundraising campaigns, the more flexibility we have to improve the MYBSA facility as well as maintain the registration fees constant.

MYBSA is a self-funded organization which does not receive monetary assistance from Marlboro Township or the State of New Jersey. As such, we rely on the generosity of those in our community to support our organization. As we prepare for our 2017 season, we hope that you will consider supporting our annual fundraising efforts this year. Your donation will enhance the baseball/softball experience for hundreds of Marlboro children by enabling us to make improvements to our fields and facilities, purchase equipment, and provide training.

In addition to our spring and fall baseball/softball seasons, in 2017 we plan to host five tournaments bringing thousands of players and family members to our community. Thank you for considering MYBSA for a tax-deductible donation this year. Our tax ID number is available upon request.
