• Attendees: Travis Hoffman, Steve Pittsnogle, Samantha Plamer, Jessica Robersts, Ashleigh Bromfield, Kenny Bromfield, Kevin Brown, ?? Brown, Stephanie Lida, Jamie Bisbee, Greg Smith, Tuhin Bhoumil, Boh Hahn, Alicia Yanick, Rachel Malagari, Laurie Shifler, Nick Petkovic, Bryan Pittsnogle

• Meeting was held at Smithsburg Fire Hall on November 10, 2022 at 6 pm

• Announcements by Nick

  Thank everyone for coming and for help with field clean up.

• Approve of Minutes:
  Meeting minutes were approved for October, Greg S made a motion to approve and 2nd Samantha P.

• Treasure’ s report:
  Rachel Malagari is New Treasure, as of now all bills are caught up. Greg S made amotion to approve the Treasure’s report and was 2nd by Jamiee B.

• Grounds:
  Brian said mount need fixed at Abe field. Jamiee said babe ruth field needs home plate, batter’s box and mound fixed before spring, 1st and 3rd base need sod lines, he is thinking a load of dirt and will need skid of lime.

• Player:
  Jake was not there, Nick will get with him.

• Equipment manager:
  Brandon was not there, Nick said him and Brandon are going to meet up in the next week to go over what equipment we have and who still needs to turn in.

• Concession:
  Valley Protein was by Laurie, they will be out in the next 3-5 business days to pick up oil.

• Ways & Means:
  Steve called about Bingo dates in January, it was agreed that it was too close to holidays, and we should push it back to February, Sam is going to check on dates and get back by next meeting. We have 2 tips jars left from October bingo but will need more Rachel will check on them. We should have enough bingo cards Sam will check. We are need of raffle donations.

• Old Business:
  Shed at Callas, slab was not poured for some reason, Greg is going to take care of getting someone he knows to form it up and poured before the cold weather.

• New Business:
  1-Waste Connections- trash service was stop for winter, they picked up one dumpster at Abe, dumpster at Callas need a locking bar put on it. 2-Winter workouts- Softball can’t do it on November 26th and were unsure about other dates, Fort Ritchie is filled going to check out 4- stars and see if they have any dates.
  3-Babe Ruth will start winter works out in February.
  4-Bylaws: Are being worked on and will be meeting again.
  5-Sam wants league to look into having baseball and softball each having their own executive board, there was a lot of discussion on this, the matter will be looked into on how we can make things better for softball this spring, as it was rushed last year.
  6-Umpire fees- Talk about how we can get them down.
