AXE Sports Association, Inc. is pleased to inform our members and the general public that upon review of our application for tax exempt status the United States Government has determined that we are exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to AXE are deductible under section 170 of the code. AXE is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the code. It has also been determined that AXE Sports Association, Inc. is now classified as a Public Charity under the Code Section 509(a)(2).
