Report cards from last school must state that the athlete is promoted to the next grade
If using a scholastic eligibility form, a progress report with the athlete’s school letter head must be included, and should be dated between 9/1/23 and 10/15/23.
SCHOLASTIC FORMS CAN BE FOUND IN THE FORMS SECTION
All American Scholars applications should submitted to Jelissa by September 25th
