The Coventry Women’s Slow-Pitch Softball League (CWSSL) was founded in 1986. CWSSL currently has eight teams in the league, with each team playing 24 games between May and August. Most games are played at Foster Memorial Park on Station Street in Coventry, RI. All teams make the playoffs, which are generally held tournament style during the second weekend in August.  An annual banquet and awards dinner is held every year in September.

REGISTRATION
Players will register and pay online.  All new players are assigned to a team via the executive board and then contacted by their team manager or coach.

GAMES
Games are played on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:15 and Sunday mornings at 9, 10:30, and noon.  Not every team will play all of these days every week. 

PRACTICES
Practices are held during the month of April. Field and time availability is TBD.

LEAGUE MEETINGS
General Membership meeting are held six times per year. All members are invited to come to this meeting. Meetings are held the first Monday of the months of January, February, March, April, August and October. Elections for our Executive Board are held at the October meeting. Meetings are usually held the Coventry Men’s Club 30 Phillips Hill Road Coventry, RI.
