Winter Soccer Academy Training:
Lexington Indoor Soccer League & Academy is pleased to announce that our 6th year of winter Elite Soccer Academy training will begin on Sunday, November 10, 2013.
Lexington Soccer Academy is proud to offer it's sessions to:
U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, and U16 soccer players.
Lexington Soccer Academy winter sessions will be held inside at Asbury Theological Seminary which is located at 204 N. Lexington Ave. Wilmore, KY 40390.
Our Elite Acadmey is open to Select Soccer Players U10 and above who are wanting to take their winter training to an elite level.
Lexington Soccer Academy is the leader in the state by offering intense training during the months of November and December. Our coaching staff believes in offering an Elite level of training so that all soccer players in Central KY will have challenging training and will have the opportunity to train with similar level of players from various clubs/organizations during the winter months.
Academy Curriculum: Elite training will focus on speed, agility, endurance, increasing skill development, quick reflexes, foot skills, dribbling, passing/receiving, first touches, and finishing. All Academy sessions will also include game play. Our winter academy session is a great way to stay in shape and fine tune your soccer skills before the spring outdoor season.
Elite Training Sessions:
Sunday, November 10th (2pm to 330pm)
Sunday, November 17th (2pm to 330pm)
Sunday, November 24th (2pm to 330pm)
Wednesday, December 4th (6pm to 730pm)
Sunday, December 8th (2pm to 330pm)
Wednesday, December 11th (6pm to 730pm)
Sunday, December 15th (2pm to 330pm)
Wednesday, December 18th (6pm to 730pm)
All players should wear comfortable running shoes with no shinguards when they show up to each session. The first 30 minutes will be high intensity speed and conditioning training. Players should bring their shinguards, soccer ball, and water or sports drink to each session. Players will wear either tennis shoes or indoor soccer shoes during the last hour of training during each session.
Cost:
8 weeks x 1.5 hrs = 12 hrs of training x $15 per hour =$180.
