Tanya is in her second season at Bow. Her first was in 2008 for the Fall season. Tanya coached at TRS for 13 years and Pembroke Academy JV for 3 years. Prior to the start of cheering career Tanya cheered for Coe-Brown Northwood Academy. Tanya has a back ground in working with Special Education, Community Action Programs and At risk teens.

Danielle is in her 7th year at Bow High School. Prior to coaching at Bow, she spent four years at John Stark and one year at Concord JV. She has been involved in cheerleading for over 15 years, cheering in high school for Merrimack Valley and for Plymouth State University.

These rules are general and are not limited to.
1. Attend and carefully supervise all practices and performances.
2. Have an emergency plan in case of accident or injury.
3. Have a plan in case of canceled practices.
4. Complete first aid and CPR training.
5. Keep skill charts as a record of progressions forward.
6. Work with the administration.
7. Communicate with the parents
8. Prepare and conduct tryouts
9. Counsel squad members when needed by having an open door policy
10. Keep a notebook with information about every aspect of the program.
11. Attend camps, clinics, workshops, and seminars to improve skills.
12. Keep up-to-date with books and videos to improve program.
13. Provide motivation, consistency, and organization for the squad.
14. Arrive to the facility on time with a practice/game plan.
15. Seeks the right to put squad members on probation or disbar them from the team for any of the following reasons: undesirable or immoral behavior, sloppy appearance or habits, undesirable language or gestures, failure to uphold the constitution, violations of rules and regulations, and anything that harms the reputation of the program or the school.
