• Copy of Birth Certificate 
• $100 Equipment DEPOSIT CASH OR CERTIFIED FUNDS ONLY (funds will be returned upon equipment return)
• NO REGISTRATION FEE DUE **DURING SPRING SEASON ONLY** only equipment deposit  required
