Things to remember
1)Get your Decks cell phone number at the start of the game to text/call when ready for them to come run your reports….. that way you won’t have to bring a sleeping bag….
2)Carvery plates-They are difficult to count the way they nest with each other. Take your time counting. Have workers check. Carvery meals are slow so you probably only need to count out one package before a game and put the adjustment number on your inventory adjustment sheet you give your deck. That way you don’t have to deal with it on the back end.
3)Regarding Cup Sleeves-32 oz Souvenir cup sleeve short one cup. At $5+ a cup that can also affect things. Count the sleeves!
4)Big Dogs-Count, count, count....cases have been off 1 dog…….. It adds up
5)Brats-Bags have been off….worth counting
