Each Page of the PDF is a different week. If you have been displaced by a school gym closing - I have moved you to a different spot and highlighted the change in Yellow.

TEMPLATE GUIDE
FH# Gyms - Courts at Community Center (Side A is closest to entrance to Field House, Side B is closest to High School)
MECC Gym - Door C-8
Gym Entrance at back of building. Please enter the parking lot from Hickory Woods Drive. The entrance from Mason Road is gated in the evenings and on weekends.
ME Gym - Mason Elementary Gym. Door A-1
This entrance is at the east end of the building near the football field. This entrance will be used for practice and for weekend games.
MI Gym - Mason Intermediate - Door B-4
This is the gym entrance of the south side of the building.
MMS Aux - Mason Middle Auxiliary Gym - Door A-2
Door A-2 is the Performing Arts Entrance at the front parking lot of MMS.
HS Var Girls 1 & 2 - High School Gym - Door B-8
This is the Athletic Entrance at the northeast corner of the High School/Community Center campus. This is where the varsity girls basketball games are held.
Please contact me if you have any problems during the nights of practices at 513-254-4717. If there is a mix-up, please do not address it with the custodians - it is most likely an MYB error.
Lastly, I have listed the guidelines for use of the gyms and the entrance location at each facility.

Guidelines for all buildings
. Do not bounce basketball balls in hallways; hold the balls until athletes are inside the gym or multipurpose rooms.
. Please respect the student art work and projects, school equipment and notices by keeping hands off.
. Athletes and siblings of athletes are to be supervised at all times.
. No running in hallways.
. If school is cancelled for any reason, basketball practice is cancelled as well.
. Violations of the guidelines may lead to suspension of practice privileges. Repeat violations may led to cancellation of all practices for a specific team.
ME Gym (3 courts) – Monday - Friday
. Enter at Commons entrance, first entrance from parking lot no more than 10 minutes before start time.
. If school teams are still practicing, please wait in Commons area.
Community Center Field House (4 courts) – Monday - Friday
. Enter at Community Center main entrance.
MM Auxiliary Gym (2 courts) – Monday – Friday
. Enter at the Performing Arts Entrance at the front of the building
