The Rawlings Recruits Baseball Club is dedicated to player development. Our mission is to provide opportunities for exposure to top level college programs while competing at the highest level of select travel baseball. The Rawlings Recruits Baseball Club teaches players to respect the game, work hard, play hard, and have fun!

The Rawlings Recruits Baseball Club has the following program goals:

• Provide each player with the opportunity to learn, develop, and improve their baseball skills on a regular basis
• Prepare players for High School and College advancement
• Provide an atmosphere that encourages teamwork, discipline, honesty, integrity, and sportsmanship
• Field successful teams at all levels
• Provide players opportunities to showcase their skills in front of top level college programs
