Founders Intent

The Aftershock Organization was founded to provide a travel team experience where young ladies have a chance to build teamwork, friendship, and return to the days of “fun” while being coached at the highest possible level.

To build an organization that would be handed down to former players who want to continue to teach/coach the younger girls as they come up through the various levels.

To provide the girls’ opportunities that other programs do not, such as organizational pitching coaches, catching coaches, and conditioning which prepare them for high school and college play, an organization who believes that there is always more to learn, whose coaches continue their leadership education through coaching clinics and skill workshops in order to advance the skills of their players.  

Our travel teams are built on honesty, integrity, and transparency throughout the organization with the girls’ best interest at heart, an organization that resolves problems quickly to benefit the girls, not the coaches or parents.  

This all started with our love for the girls and their love for the game.  While wins are more fun than losses, the record should not be our goal.  The goal is to be better today than you were yesterday.  

To work together as an organization to instill in each player the ideals of excellence in academics, sportsmanship, accountability, honesty, courage, teamwork and sense of community.
