Photo Release
OFBA is looking to start promoting our league online via website, Facebook, etc. We would like to use the images from games to show the kids, coaches and fans enjoying the game. Please sign the Photo Release form below and return to one of the concession stands or a board/aux. board member. Forms are also available at the concession stands. You can opt out and not have your child's photo used by declining in writing on the form.
