Finals
Xtra Innings II (1) vs. Pit Stop (2)

Game 1 Monday August 8  
Xtra Innings II took a 1- 0 lead in the finals with a 10-5 win over Pit Stop.  XI-II jumped out to a 4-1 lead, before Pit Stop tied it 4-4. From that point the XI-II steady offense and the pitching of Roy Gallagher and John Vause took over the game and put themselves in position to take their first championship trophy. 

 

Game 2 Tuesday August 9 
Pit Stop forced a winner take all game 3 with a 15-5 win over Xtra Innings II. This will be the 4th consecutive year the league finals have went to a game 3.  
Xtra Innings II jumped out to a 5-1 lead on the back of inside the park HRs. Pit Stop Climbed back to make it 5-3 before a 30 minute rain delay halted the game in the bottom of the 4th. Pit Stop then scored 12 runs in the bottom of the 4th, all of the runs being scored with 2 outs. Bobby Smith had an inside the park grand slam to headline the inning. Kris Kramer was the winning pitcher. 

Game 3 Wednesday August 10 
Xtra Innings II wins their first league championship.  
XI-II defeats Pit Stop in a winner take all game 3 by a score of 16-8. 
The game was scoreless going into the third inning when Pit Stop put up 3 runs. But that was countered by XI-II scoring 5 runs in the bottom of the inning. From that point, XI-II kept adding to their lead. Pit Stop tried to comeback but came up short as XI-II was relentless with their pressure, using their team speed and good defense to end up scoring 4 runs in the bottom of the 6th to end the game in walk off fashion.  John Vause was the winning pitcher.

Semi Finals

 

Xtra Innings II (1) vs. Xtra Innings/PPC (4)

Game 1 July 27
XI-II scored two runs in the first inning and never looked back as they kept adding runs in several innings to win game 1 by a score of 9-1.  Roy Gallagher kept the XI/PPC bats in check and the XI-II defense helped out getting out of a few jams in the early innings of the game.
XI-II will try to wrap up the series and head to their 3rd straight finals series on Monday August 1 at 6:30

Game 2 August 1 
Xtra Innings II advanced to their third straight league finals by defeating Xtra Innings/PPC 10-0. John Vause pitched the shutout and the XI-II offense started with a 4 run top of the 1st inning, which was enough to coast to the the 5 inning win. 
XI-II will play the winner of the Pit Stop vs. No Off Season series beginning Monday August 8 for the championship.

 

Pit Stop (2) vs. No Off Season (3)

Game 1 July 28 
Pit Stop overcame a four run deficit with a ten run 4th inning, to power them to a 14-6 win. Kris Kramer was the winning pitcher and had a big bases loaded hit during the 10 run inning. 
Pit Stop will look to move to the finals and defend their title on Tuesday August 2 at 6:30

 

Game 2 August 2 

A rematch of last years league finals was set up as Pit Stop beat No Off Season 17-7 to advance to the finals against Xtra Innings II. After falling behind 2-0 in the first inning, The Pit Stop offense came alive and never looked back for a 5 inning win.  MJ Vitovsky has two inside the park HRs to lead Pit Stop. Kris Kramer was the winning pitcher.
