  • Johnny Rojas's Big Day Not Enough, As The Toros Lose 14-4 To Tribe
  • Despite Johnny Rojas's 2-3 performance at the plate on Saturday, The Toros took a 14-4 loss at the hands of the Tribe.
  • Rojas had two extra-base hits for The Toros. He tripled in the third inning and doubled in the sixth inning.
  • The game was never in doubt after the first, as the Tribe scored two runs on an RBI single by Oscar Leon.
  • One run in the bottom of the third helped The Toros close its deficit to 5-1. A sacrifice fly by Romes Velazco sparked The Toros' rally.
  • The Tribe got four-run rallies in the fourth inning and the fifth. In the fourth, the Tribe scored on an RBI double by Chris Valencia, plating Mario Rodarte.
  • Two runs in the bottom of the fifth helped The Toros close its deficit to 13-3. A two-run double by Cam gave the Toros life. The Toros threat came to an end when Mario Madera finally got Vic Haney to ground out.
  • A one-run sixth inning helped bring the Toros within 10. An RBI double by Rojas set off The Toros rally. But, Steven Valencia got Velazco to ground out to end the inning.
