Bring your son over and watch this special segment from HBO Real Sports on the Miracle League. Talk to your son as there are several important messages being presented. Here are a few that I saw very clearly but expect you will see more.

-Play & watch the game with a humble spirit.
-Everyone inherits the game of baseball.
-God gave us all abilities and disabilities.
-There are a lot of people who wish they were YOU. Are you being all YOU can be?
-If the game gives you something, you don't own it until you give it back.

"The Miracle League" is a charitable organization that provides children with mental and/or physical challenges an opportunity to play baseball as a team member in an organized league. There is something about playing the game of baseball that lights up kid's eyes, but for children facing physical and mental challenges, that opportunity can often be a difficult first step. The Miracle League gives these children the opportunity to get out in the sunshine, and enjoy playing the game of baseball in its purest form.
