Before the season starts, please obtain: 


 « 2013-2014 certified report card
 « A doctors note/physical clearing your child for participation
 « Birth certificate (copy is fine as long as there's a seal)

These 3 items are required before or on monday August 4, 2014. Any missing piece may result in your child not being able to participate. We will accept these items with all registration paper work.
