AUBL Miami Welcomes 6 New Teams, Including Top 2 Nica League Teams

 

Vinotinto



After winning the Nica League championship on Sunday 6/23/19, Vinotinto has joined AUBL Miami for the Spring 2019 season. Head Coach Hector Velasquez said "We are looking for the next challenge. We are very happy to be part of AUBL Miami". 

Miami Twins (formerly Tecnotropolis)

 

The runner-ups from The Nica League last season, The Miami Twins (formerly Tecnotropolis) features several former AUBL Miami stars. "AUBL Miami has the structure we have been looking for" says Head Coach Humberto Valor. "We are looking forward to playing the top teams in the league".

Miami Aces

 

Manager Christian Acuna makes his triumphant return to AUBL Miami with an excellent squad. The Miami Aces will be a tough team to beat!

Hollywood Astros

 

After playing in other leagues, The Hollywood Astros have made AUBL Miami their new home. "We are a team that just loves baseball and enjoys spending time with each other" said Head Coach Richard Diaz. 

Fort Lauderdale Dirtbags

 

The Fort Lauderdale Dirtbags have been playing top level competition for many years. "It will be great for these young ball players to play in AUBL Miami and prepare for the next levels of college and professional baseball." said Head Coach Greg Conde

Dade Cubans

The Dade Cubans are a new expansion team. "We are a young team that will surprise some people". said Head Coach Angel Hernandez. 

Miami Thunder

 

The Miami Thunder have been playing in other leagues. Manager Armando Quintana says "Our team has been together for several years. We are excited to be playing in AUBL Miami. We may enter the tournaments as well!"
