Dear Parents:
Just like last year, we will be spending three days of the 2014 season at Warm Beach Conference Center. This year, with the early start of the season, we will be leaving for Warm Beach on Monday the 25th and returning on Wednesday 27th. If your son is a sophomore through senior, we encourage him to attend this time of Team Building. We have many camp activities planned and all meals are included. The fee for this camp is $95.00 per athlete. We feel this is a bargain and you will probably come out ahead on the deal since many of your sons eat more than $95.00 worth of food just hanging around the house. We can promise that your sons will have a great time of competition and building team unity.
There are some requirements. All athletes must complete the Fall Online Clearance Process, which includes a current physical and proof of insurance, in order for your athlete to attend this retreat or be allowed to practice on August 20th. NO EXCEPTIONS. Also, please note that ASB Cards must be purchased before your son can practice on August 20th at 10:00 am. Please help us by making sure that all of the necessary processes are completed before your athlete reports for the first practice on Wednesday, August 20th at 10:00 am.
