Competitive Programs Registration:

Once a player has attended a tryout and received an offer to join a team, the following steps will guide you through the registration process.
 
Step 1:

Registration Forms Completion
o  Complete the RVSC 2018-19 Competitive Program Registration form using the GotSoccer tool.  We recommend creating a family account even if you have just one child in any of our programs. 

o  Once you completed your form and created your GotSoccer Player or Family account, ongoing access to your account and registration form is provided using your GotSoccer Player Login or GotSoccer Family Login .
 
o  Download, print, and complete the US Club Soccer Registration Form .
 
    Important notes regarding the US Club Soccer Registration Form:
    1. Please do not use the US Club Soccer form provided by GotSoccer.
    2. The US Club Registrationis form must be signed by the player and
        parent/guardian.
 
    Once the form is completed, with the needed signatures, please scan
    the form and name the file:
 
    Gender-Lastname-Firstname-USCLUB.pdf
    For example:  Boy-Smith-John-USCLUB.pdf
 
Step 2:

Registration Form Attachments
o  If you are a first time player in the RVSC Competitive program, you will need to provide a legible scanned copy of the Player's Birth Certificate.  All returning players do not have to resend the Birth Certificate.
 
    Scan the Player's Birth Certificate (in PDF format) and name the file:
    Gender-Lastname-Firstname-POB.pdf
    For example:  Boy-Smith-John-POB.pdf
 
o  Create a clear player picture (in JPEG format) and name the file:
    Gender-Lastname-Firstname-PHOTO.jpg
    For example:  Boy-Smith-John-PHOTO.jpg
 
o  Create a copy of your current Medical Insurance card (front and back of the card) and name the file:
    Gender-Lastname-Firstname-INSURANCE.jpg
    For example:  Boy-Smith-John-INSURANCE.jpg
Step 3:

Submit Registration Packet
Please submit all the above items to your Team Manager or Coach.  If they are not available, please send the items to: registrar@rvsoccer.org . 
 
If you need to mail your registration package, please send to:
 
Ramapo Valley Soccer Club, PO Box 57, Suffern, NY 10901.

Attention: Competitive Program Registration, and include your team age group (e.g. Boys U9)
 
Step 4:

Uniform Ordering
Ordering of your uniform will be done after your Registration Packet is received and processed.  When ordering your uniform, you will be able to purchase related "Soccer Club Spirit Apparel".

To order your Uniform & Spirit Apparel, you will receive an email from your Team Manager or Club Representative.  All purchases can only be made by credit card.
