2009 NPMYAC Registration Form
The NPMYAC Little League will hold it's 2009 baseball and softball registration at Saxton M.S. from 7 PM to 9 PM on the following dates:
* Tuesday, January 20th
* Thursday, January 22nd
* Tuesday, January 27th
* Thursday, January 29th
* Monday, February 2nd
* Wednesday, February 4th
All new players need to bring a copy of their birth certificate.

NPMYAC is an officially chartered member of the Williamsport Little League, District 36.
Founded in 1958; NPMYAC has been proudly serving the Patchogue-Medford community for 50 years.
