Little Hoopsters Boys & Girls K - 1st grade - $100.00 registration - 10/05/2025 - 11/15/2025

Pee Wee Division Boys & Girls 2nd through 4th grade - $130.00 registration - 10/05/2025 - 11/15/2025

Rams Travel Division Boys and Girls 5th through 8th grade - $190.00 registration - 10/05/2025 - 11/15/2025

Coaches Fingerprinting & Background Check
All PHYA coaches are required to be have a background check & fingerprinted completed.
There is a $24 fee to complete the application, payable by the applicant.
You will need to schedule a fingerprinting appointment.  
You can schedule anytime by calling for an appointment

Mon - Fri 8am-5pm EST.
