Joseph is one of the most competitive players I have coached in the past 16 years. He has great speed and gets a fantastic jump on the ball. He has anchored center field the past 4 years for the Black Knights and the pitchers love to have him out there. Joseph can play any outfield position and can do so at a very high level. Although he is 5'7" tall he has led the team in home runs 3 of the past 4 years and hits with power and average. He has super fast hands and great hand eye coordination. He has a very strong arm and has thrown out countless runners who have tried to advance on him. He will be a find for any college coach who chooses to sign him. In the summer of 2015 for the 16u Black Knights Joseph made the 16U Perfect Game Memorial Day Tournament, 17U WWBA Perfect Game National Qualifier and the 16U Perfect Game Evoshield Classic All Tournament Teams.
