Nick is a fantastic ball player. He is always one of the fastest players on the field. In the summer of 2015 with the 16U Black Knights he anchored the short stop position and had a tremendous season. He gets to balls that most players have no chance at all to make a play. He is extremely athletic and versatile. He can play SS, 2nd or any outfield position and do so at an extremely high level. With his speed Nick is dangerous on the bases. His batting average for the summer of 2015 was .367 and his OBP was .515. With his speed a routine ground ball can often result with Nick standing on 1st base. The infielders feel pressure to rush and the outfielders are worried he will take second on a base hit. He led the team with extra base hits. During the summer of 2015 with the 16U Black Knights Nick made the 16U Perfect Game Memorial Day Classic and the 16U Perfect Game Evoshield Classic All Tournament Teams.
