You Choose How To Pay

You can select the full payment option to make a one-time payment of $150 at checkout. Or you can select the deposit option which allows you to make a deposit of $50 at checkout and then (2) monthly payments of $50 after registration. The full payment option will allow you to pay with credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, After Pay, Cash App Pay, & Klarna The deposit option only allows debit/credit card payments.  We are aware some players will play either up or down. If that applies to you, Head Coach will assign child to proper group once registration is completed.

Once Registration is complete, you will be added to the Band app for your athletes program. Band is the best way to communicate for the organization so please pay attention to your programs band as we will post important information

Required documents needed to complete your child registration. These items should be turned into your Team  Manager. (if your child Doctor appointment is after July, please make sure you communicate with your Team Manager)

1. Birth Certificate (a copy can be used)
2. A current year physical (if your physical is good for 2 years, please make sure it does not expire after July 1. A new physical will be needed)
3. A State ID is needed for all ages

In order to obtain a state id for your child, please visit your local DMV. There is a fee to obtain the ID. You will need the following: 

1. Your child Birth Certificate
2. Your Child Social Security Card
3. A piece of Mail with your (parent) name on it
