SQUIRT 1 TIGERS TAKE PROVINCIAL GOLD

The Squirt 1 team managed by John Moody beat Brampton 7-6 Aug 17th in Guelph to win the Provincial Grand Championships. The girls went 4-0 during the round-robin to set up the match with arch rival Brampton. A couple of errors reduced our 6-1 lead to one going into the 7th. We scored 1 run on a HR in our half. Brampton scored one in their half also by a HR, but we got the next 2 outs to claim the championships. WAY TO GO TIGERS!
