- Compete in the Southwest Division of the Premier Development League (PDL) of the United Soccer Leagues (USL).
- Provide a unique opportunity, via the PDL team, for elite local college players to further develop their skills and prepare them for professional soccer careers in Major League Soccer and abroad.
- Work closely with the local youth soccer community to identify the top youth players and further develop their skills in preparation for college and professional soccer careers.
- Work closely with the local adult soccer community, via our affiliated amateur teams, to provide additional opportunities for player discovery, development and branding through affiliated local adult teams.
- Conduct youth clinics, camps, and events throughout the year to recruit top talent and further brand the Seals name in the youth soccer community.
- Actively brand the Seals name throughout the Bay Area soccer and sports community.
