Please note our refund policy is as follows:
- There is a $2 non-refundable service fee charged by the payment service for each transaction.
- A full refund (minus a 5% processing fee and the $2 service fee) may be issued within one week of registration.
- A 50% refund may be issued up until the team is registered with CYO for the program.
- No refund will be issued after the team is registered and submitted into the league.
OLBS CYO is a non-profit recreational sports program. The money collected from player registration is allocated towards the following expenses: the online programs for registration and payment collection/distribution, set up and maintenance of all playing fields, equipment for the sports, registration to CYO and referee fees.
Our dozens of coaches, commissioners, treasurer, president, and parish athletic director are all volunteers. Please consider joining the OLBS CYO team and continue to help make this program a success! Email cyo@olbs-queens.org if you are interested.
