**Please bring a COPY of your child’s birth certificate, and two checks( one for registration and one for $100 work bond ). Work bond checks will be destroyed once the scheduled volunteer shift is completed and the player’s uniform is returned. If you are a coach or have a sponsor of $150 or more, you are exempt from the Work bond.
