QUIZNOS is offering the Falcons

a SPECIAL DINNER opportunity

EVERY TUESDAY.

Due Date: Order forms and payments (unless paying with credit card) are due at the concession stand during every Monday's practice if wanting to participate. 

Receive: all orders will be delivered and handed out at the concession stand during Tuesday's practice at 7:30. 

In the event our practice is cancelled on Tuesday you'll receive your order on Thursday. 

In the event our practice is cancelled on Monday we'll collect the order forms on Tuesday and you'll receive your order on Thursday.   

Payments: Cash, Check (made payable to COYFL), & Credit Cards (must be processed at the time of deliver - Tuesdays at 7:30 at the concession stand...MUST BE THERE ON TIME TO MAKE PAYMENT)

Order Forms: are located under the form section and can be printed out.  There will be a few copies at the concession stand if needed.

Profit: Quiznos will give our league a percentage of the profit made each week.
