Fan wear order forms and money are due no later than Wednesday, August 13th.  If paying by check please make it payable to COYFL.  Please give both (order forms & money) to your child's team mom.

If you need another order form you can locate it under our form section.  You may also see your team mom to get an extra copy. 

We are planning on distributing fan wear prior to our first game.
