Closing Ceremonies
We'll end the season with a closing ceremony tomorrow, November 19th at Western Park.  This event will begin at 11am.  We encourage and hope that all the players and parents can attend so we can all come together for a special time to recognize all the Falcons and enjoy a BBQ.
We'll also be collecting all the equipment that was handed out & returning registration paperwork along with IDs. 
 
Please see the important info below regarding this event. **Please have players wear their game jersey and cheerleaders wear their warm up jackets.
 
First -  PARENTS must hand in all equipment & pick up their registration paperwork and child's ID.  There will be two tables near the field, one table for cheer, 6U & 8U and another table for 10U & 12U.  This is where you'll hand in all the player's equipment with the exception of their game jersey, which is theirs to keep.  Before handing in the equipment please be sure to remove the mouthpiece from the helmet.  At this time parents will need to sign a form stating that their child's equipment was returned, same form you signed when the equipment was assigned to your child.  It is very important that this is completed and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.  Any equipment that is not returned will need to be paid for at this time by cash or check.

Helmet = $100
Shoulder Pads = $55 (3XS Schutt Jr Blockers are $35)
Pants = $20
Practice Jersey = $10
Chin Strap = $10
Ear Pad = $10
Cheer Top = $35
Cheer Skirt = $25
Pom Poms = $20
 
Afterwards, if needed, please vote for next season's board members. This will be be taking place near the pavilion as well. I'll send out another email if we have 2 or more interested in the same board position.  
 
Second -  Coaches will recognize each of their players/cheerleadrers and present them with a trophy.  All of our sponsors that helped our league this season will also be recognized.  
 
Third - If you participated in the Yankee Candle fundraiser, please see Stacey near the pavilion to pick up your order.  If you haven't picked up your pictures yet, please do so at this time as well.  
 
Fourth - Enjoy music & a BBQ
 
Fifth - 2017 board members will be announced
 
Items are not needed for the BBQ this season.  Pate Dawson Company out of Goldsboro, NC has graciously donated all the meat, buns, salads, condiments & utensils.  The league will supply drinks and desserts.
