Little League Baseball has decided to adopt new changes in determining age/division a kid belongs to beginning in 2018. After much deliberation they determined that the new cutoff date will now be Aug 31. We don't know if Tournaments Directors such as Perfect Game and Baseball Heaven will follow suit.  We will keep a close eye on this development. You can read the ruling and age chart here.
