Step 1 - Apply for Act 34 first. A printed copy of this clearance record must be attached to your Act 151 application.

Act 34 - Criminal Record Clearance

Step 2 - Apply for your Act 151 clearance.  Mail application with money order and a copy of your Act 34 clearance.

Act 151 - Child Abuse Clearance

Step 3 - Register for Act 114 online.  Print a copy of your request and take it to a local fingerprint location listed on the Cogent website.  There is a site in Washington as well as in Robinson.
