For both practices and games, ALL players must wear both mouth guards and neck guards.

This begins at Squirts division all the way up to Midgets. The only exceptions for mouth guards are people with braces and if they have a letter from the dentist or doctor stating a valid reason for not wearing a mouth guard.

This is in keeping with HNL Rules. Penalties can be given to a team if a player is playing without either of these equipment items.
